This Home Products Manufacturer in the Midwest uses PeopleSoft’s Human Capital Management software and was having difficulty supporting its PeopleSoft HCM application and related infrastructure. In addition, the Client wanted to implement new functionality while reducing costs during a downturn in construction industry. The Client determined that they would need 1-2 additional full-time developers to implement the new initiatives.
Dimension Systems had previously worked with this client to apply PeopleSoft delivered tax updates and to upgrade their PeopleSoft application to the newest release. In the process, the client ultimately engaged Dimension Systems to provide PeopleSoft application, database and infrastructure support.

Also, the Client is able to obtain the support coverage that it needs using just one-third to one-half of a person of support, eliminating the need to add two developers and one DBA, providing the Client of a savings in excess of 60% of expected internal costs.
